The two installers were friendly, experienced, efficient, and well trained. When asked, both were willing to take the time to explain what they were doing and why they were doing it. They made sure the new equipment was working correctly and that we knew how to safely operate and use it. They cleaned up and hauled off all of the packing junk before they left.

My wife has a disability requiring a stair lift. I had several other Utah stair lift companies come out and provide a bid. All of them were several thousand dollars above Western. The stair lift we ended up getting is absolutely wonderful. It has a rating up to 300lbs which will even accommodate me. The service they provide is beyond anything else you'll see in the industry, especially from the other stair lift companies that try to scam you out of money with "service calls". When ever I had an issue, they were there the next day. That's what you'd want from any company especially one that mitigates injury to your loved ones while saving you money. At any rate. I'll include some pictures. The finished product is solid and looks amazing. I'd recommend these guys to anyone. Let me know if you have any questions.

The first representative from some gutter company that somehow represented Western Chair was totally dishonest, arrogant and tried to sell me the same unit at first for $12K then after I told him hit the road came in at $7500., then couldnâ t get it correct to actually figure out when the unit would arrive

Matt and his staff are very kind and hard working they are there for you If you need anything adjusted on the Stair Lift. I am really happy that they installed the stair lift. I would recommend them for others who need help with getting around.
