My wife has a disability requiring a stair lift. I had several other Utah stair lift companies come out and provide a bid. All of them were several thousand dollars above Western. The stair lift we ended up getting is absolutely wonderful. It has a rating up to 300lbs which will even accommodate me. The service they provide is beyond anything else you'll see in the industry, especially from the other stair lift companies that try to scam you out of money with "service calls". When ever I had an issue, they were there the next day. That's what you'd want from any company especially one that mitigates injury to your loved ones while saving you money. At any rate. The first representative from some gutter company that somehow represented Western Chair was totally dishonest, arrogant and tried to sell me the same unit at first for $12K then after I told him hit the road came in at $7500., then couldnâ t get it correct to actually figure out when the unit would arrive

Not only was Matt the only one to get back to me regarding a stair lift, he went above and beyond in answering questions, showing up and ensuring my parents got a quality product.
