"YES HVAC scammed me out of $2,500. When I had my furnace & air conditioner replaced last year, YES failed to mention that Carrier (both my heater & AC were Carrier brands) was running a promotion that if you replaced both a furnace & an AC system with Carrier products, they would give you a cash rebate of $2,500. YES HVAC simply did not inform me of the company rebate program; instead, they just took the money from me without my knowledge. I eventually found out about the rebate later when I replaced the second full system in our house. Obviously I went with another more transparent/honest company the second go around. When I discussed the situation with YES management (even providing them with the written proof from Carrier Company of the rebate program), I still have heard nothing further from YES. My suggestion is to go with the competition rather than YES HVAC; it cost me a $2,500 rebate, what will they scam you out of?"

Mitch and his electrician helper found the problem within an hour and proceeded to correct it. Due to the age of the system and failure of installers to follow the electrical code some direct burial cable was shorted out. At first it looked like they would need to dig a new trench, install conduit and new wiring to street light poles estimated extra cost of $1500 over the two afternoon charge to that point. As they were preparing to leave for the day Mitch said, "I want to re-check this one line again". He carefully rechecked it and by cutting one of the light poles was able to find the short and make the system work. This extra care saved our HOA the $1500 extra trenching, conduit and new wire charge! Everything now works and has successfully worked for two nights, proving the fix is secure! I strongly recommend Mitch Clark Electrical Services to anyone needing any kind of electrical service. Came the same day I called for service.
