a broken contract occures when the business failed to complete all promises made by sales person upon signing the contract. providing a different solution or when you chose to terminate the several month later. Any attempt to correct the service after contacting company and sales person several times results in a broken contract. Wise want you to stop paying your monthly fee so they can take you to court for non payment with out regard to what the company did or didn't do. Yes I'm angry.

We have been receiving alarms about signal loss ever since the equipment was installed at our church. The installation was quick and was provided at no cost. We do get calls telling us about the same alert we see on the panel however when it comes to sending people out for repairs or the installation itself they seem to have a problem with scheduling.

Kriss was amazing prof and make easy to understand all the deal . We were able to get the equipment at no charge . Everything was installed and working within 2 days of contacting them. they send the best tech ever i met his name Michael he did great job ... thank you Wise to have people like Kriss and Michael in your team
