"Everything went really well. Rob was punctual and got everything done quickly. The price was competitive. He and the contractors he brought in did an awesome job. In the master shower, they replaced and fixed some of the old pipes and fixtures, installed a new shower pan and all the tile and fixtures. He was even able to work in a curve ball we threw in and installed the niche in the shower. For the outdoor stair drain, he and his crew were able to remove the old, ineffective drain and setup a much better drain with higher capacity and that is better at absorbing the water and rain. Rob also did some research on the best options for drainage in the stair well and helped us avoid costly options that would not work long-term. We're very happy with the result. For the window well installation, he got the job done despite our indecision and patiently worked with us while we changed our minds. Now we have an installed window well attached to the wall in a very narrow space with the drainage gravel all setup and ready to go. All through the process, Rob was awesome at communicating with us, keeping us updated, and figuring out solutions with us, giving us invaluable info based on extensive experience to help us make the best possible choices."

We also added a garage, a bathroom, a fireplace, a spa room, an extra closet, and a covered entryway to the existing plans. Tanya was extremely patient with us as we went back and forth with what we wanted. She also suggested some great ideas that we incorporated. Everything was done in a timely manner with a lot of professionalism. The price was reasonable and less expensive than an architect for the same service. Highly Recommend!"

WE HAD GIVEN HIM $ 65,000 AND HE SUPPLIED US WITH FALSIFIED LIEN WAIVERS AND INVOICES DRYWALLER WHO TOLD US THE CONTRACTOR REFUSED TO PAY HIM BECAUSE HE WOULD NOT FALSIFY AN INVOICE FOR $6,500 . WE PAID THE DRY WALLER $4,561,ACTUAL COST DIRECTLY TO THE DRY WALLER. Archway tried to sue us for a payment of $6500 to the drywaller. CONTRACTOR REFUSES TO SUPPLY US WITH ACCOUNTABILITY OF WHERE THE $65,000 WENT. I AM RETIRED AND ON A BUDGET AND HE IS JUST STEALING MY MONEY . HE HAS SEVERAL ADDRESSES AND ALL CERTIFIED LETTERS WE HAVE SENT HIM ARE RETURNED. He does not accept mail at his workplace .He is not on BBB and did not answer complaint against his company. It is almost one year later and project is not done.He claims to do it right the first time …..tiles blew off roof twice , no footing to hold up roof . Plans were not followed . Concrete had to be repoured. Just a nightmare"
