I found Thoroclene because of the high number of positive reviews they had already received and they did not disappoint. We had several puppy pet stains and a soda explosion in our new home. John came in and went through each room with us. (UVlight was eye opening! :) In very short order he explained what the stain removals would require and what treatment was needed then he went to work. He finished the entire home in under 3 hours from start to finish and it looks amazing. I would highly recommend their services to anyone and will definitely use them in the future if needed. Their pricing is in-line with several estimates I got from a local carpet, floor, and tile store in Roy Utah. I didn't go with them because their estimate did not include a sink, plumber, or backsplash and when that got included, the price was equivalent. The difference being I didn't know who would do the work. I met Dean and decided on the spot that he would do the work. He is a good and honest guy. You won't go wrong with him."

It has nothing to do with a bad computer board. This company looks for a way to deny claims. i had one other claim and they tried to deny it as well. Save yourself some agravation and stay away. They must post their own positive reviews. They took my $65.00 fee and did nothing"

It’s not a good idea to lay tile and grout on the same day. The adhesive or thin-set that sticks the tiles to the surface needs plenty of time to dry before you can grout. Tiling over your existing backsplash is possible with the right materials and preparation. To do this, the existing backsplash must be clean and free of damage. If you’re installing the new tiles with thinset mortar, the thinset will fill in the existing grout lines as you go, so there won’t be any low spots. If you’re installing a peel and stick tile backsplash, you’ll need to add grout to the existing grout lines first to create a level surface.
