"While the workmanship was good, worker didn't make everything clear. Plus he took off a couple of times to follow-up in a request and the other for lunch I think, but it was a really long lunch if that is what it was."

"The team at Good Samaritan Landscaping was amazing. They made the process very smooth for us. They came out several times before we were ready to start landscaping to talk over our options. They were quick and effective in their process. They were honest and helpful. Their work was great and it looks beautiful…they are professionals. We will definitely use them again!"

Epoxy Flooring questions, answered by experts

Unlike staining concrete, painting concrete often results in chips and peeling over time. You can expect numerous touchups over the years if the concrete is in a high-traffic area. Since concrete paints are opaque, you may also find it more difficult to get the exact color results you want. Lastly, painting concrete can make it much more slippery unless you mix in an additive for traction.

Installation typically takes 2-5 days, including preparation, pouring, and curing time.

Options include epoxy, polyurethane, and acrylic for various uses.

DIY is possible for small areas. Professional installation ensures proper leveling and finishing for durability.

You can paint over old paint on a concrete porch. For the best results, you should first clean the surface and remove as much paint as you can. A power washer is helpful here, but you’ll also want to scrape as much of the old paint away as possible. Then you should prime the porch before repainting it.
