"It went well. Michael was a little apprehensive at first because Moen had changed the valve body, but when asked if he was uncomfortable with doing the job, he said he would figure it out. He did. Because it took a little longer than expected, I installed the shower head and new drain kit. All in all, Michael is a really nice person and did a good job. I would use Michael's services again. "
