"I contacted Spencer on Oct 21 after discovering a wet spot in the carpet of my home office. Spencer arrived and provided a rough estimate of $3000 for restoration. He could not identify the source of the water and referred us to a plumber but he did not remove any of the flooring or open any of the walls to assess possible sources. The plumber arrived but was unable to offer an assessment without exposure of the area affected requiring an additional trip by Spencers team to expose the affected area and additionally the plumber who was still unable to identify source of water. At that time all parties agreed it would be best to wait to restore the walls and flooring until a cause could be determined. Because after removal of flooring and drywall no water reaccumulated. Spencer returned to collect his equipment leaving the project incomplete because restoration would not make sense without addressing water source first. Spencer then billed me $3000.00 having completing no work."

"I do not normally leave reviews but I was so impressed with the level of service and professionalism that John from Thoro-clene provided I thought it needed to be recognized. I found Thoroclene because of the high number of positive reviews they had already received and they did not disappoint. We had several puppy pet stains and a soda explosion in our new home. John came in and went through each room with us. (UVlight was eye opening! :) In very short order he explained what the stain removals would require and what treatment was needed then he went to work. He finished the entire home in under 3 hours from start to finish and it looks amazing. I would highly recommend their services to anyone and will definitely use them in the future if needed. "Overall, Michael is very dedicated to his trade and did a nice job. My only complaint was that he was a bit impatient with me when I asked him to clarify what we could or couldn't do in the house once the job was completed. I may have asked the same question on a different day, but we were overwhelmed with moving at the time. I also wish he had pointed out that there were a couple of spots where filler was used and would be visible after the job was done. He did not give me an option for replacing a piece of wood as an alternative. The rest of the floor turned out very nice."

"While I can’t recommend flooding your house just for the experience, if that’s the experience you’re already having, I can wholeheartedly recommend using AAA Restoration to help get things back to normal. When we discovered that a water main had burst and flooded under the house, we were at a complete loss as to how to handle it ourselves. Fortunately, our frantic search for a disaster cleanup crew led us to the highly rated AAA Restoration company. While my husband attempted several other companies and either couldn’t get through or was told he’d get a call back “later”, I got through to AAA Restoration immediately, and they had someone out to our location faster than we thought possible given that it was the end of the business day. They fought through traffic to help us start pumping hundreds of gallons of water out from the crawl space and under the house storage areas. It was such a relief to know someone else who knew what to do was taking over. The employees were all very informative, professional, and they documented everything they did along with a complete inventory of what was pulled out from the storage area and how everything was dispositioned. They worked well with our home insurance, and we got regular updates on the progress of every step of the way. We went from basically having an “indoor wading pool” to dried and dehumidified and back to feeling like it was just the normal home again. The fans and dehumidifiers were already set up and had been running for half a day before we got a call back from even one of the multiple other companies we had contacted the night before. Even after the work was done, the house was dry, and the bills were paid, Brittany was incredibly helpful in tracking down some information for us on some of the specific items that had been in storage. While I’m hopeful we’ll never have a flooded house again, we are 100% going to be using them for carpet cleaning moving forward, just on the basis of our experience over the last couple of weeks. 11/10, can recommend."
