"Thank you for your review! We really appreciate your business and your high rating! We noticed on the section asking if you would hire us again you replied "no". Can you please explain why you wouldn't hire us again? If there is anything we can do better in the future to correct any concerns you may have, we would love the opportunity. Thanks again for your review!"
While excavating the hole he discovered what appeared to be an old cement septic tank that had been broken up and left buried. (This is probably what lead to the line settling in the first place.) Keith suggested getting rid of the old cement, to ensure no problems with the line in the future. He did this, and for a small fee hauled it to the dump for us.
He then filled the hole with gravel, installed the new pipe with clean-out and filled it in with soil.
They then raked the lawn where the backhoe had disturbed it and cleaned up the rest of the job site. It was very tidy.
