Replacing the end of the sewer line to the street involved digging up a section of the sidewalk and a section of the driveway. Everything seemed fine until the section of the driveway that was replaced sunk. After numerous calls to the office and to Andrew and after 3 years - they had a guy not associated with the company come and replace the portion of concrete and in the process the curbing was destroyed and the section subsequently sank again when the weather got cold. Again numerous calls and texts to Andrew and Co. They gave me assurances that everything would be corrected since I had a 5 year warranty on workmanship. To date - noone will take my calls and now the section has moved again. Lots of promises and no results.

Woody’s plumping did an amazing job! Andrew was amazing to work with. He was extremely polite and very professional. He got the job done quick and it was done correctly! I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing water main replacement.

Andrew and Luis showed up on time, on a very cold, snowy day. They were SO friendly, took the time to answer all of our questions (even fielding many, many questions from our 3 y/o grandson) and discuss the materials they were going to use, and review the process of how the job would be done. They did a great job from beginning to end, including notifying Blue Stake before digging, being cautious and thoughtful about all of the working details throughout, meticulously replacing all landscaping, and then doing an excellent clean up- it looked better than when they started! ALL of this, AND a 5 year warranty! Wow, awesome job guys! We so appreciate you! Definitely would recommend!! One more thing... Woody's was recommended to us by another plumber, whom we trust implicitly but no longer does this type of plumbing work.

I can't say enough good things about Woody's. My water main burst underneath the sidewalk in front of my house and we were unexpectedly without water. Every other plumber I called was booked out for weeks. Woody's was no exception, but they realized my predicament, fit me in for a quote that very same day, and managed to squeeze in the fix the next day. There was no extra fee for expediting the work and the quote they gave me was honest and fair (I looked up expected market cost for the repair just to be sure). They even managed to get it done earlier than expected and some money off the invoice because of it. Professional, quick, and solid work all-around. I don't write reviews often, but these guys got me out of a real jam, and it is the only way I know how to thank them.

I highly recommend Woody's Plumbing. They called me back quickly, Colton came and gave me a bid on a Friday, Andrew and crew came out the following Monday. I thought they were going to have to replace the entire water line from my house to the meter. Luckily, the issue was a leak in my stop and waste and T-value. The main line was already copper so no need to replace. I wouldn't have known the difference, but they were honest and told me what they found, what needed to be replaced, and adjusted the price from my original quote. The entire crew were professional, courteous, and very clean. They replaced the landscape and sprinkler lines, swept up, then hosed everything off, even the street! I'm very pleased with their overall service and employees!

Looks like this may be a SCAM. Someone has taken Woody's good name and they are collecting a deposit and not doing the work. The work they did was completely wrong and now I have to pay to get it fixed as well as finish the job. For many years it looks like Keith Briley has done a good job and now some one named Andrew Twomey is using his license? Sty Far away from this company.

Keith showed up right on time at 8:30, unloaded his small backhoe and started digging. He took great care to do as little damage to our lawn and overhanging pine tree as possible.
While excavating the hole he discovered what appeared to be an old cement septic tank that had been broken up and left buried. (This is probably what lead to the line settling in the first place.) Keith suggested getting rid of the old cement, to ensure no problems with the line in the future. He did this, and for a small fee hauled it to the dump for us.
He then filled the hole with gravel, installed the new pipe with clean-out and filled it in with soil.
They then raked the lawn where the backhoe had disturbed it and cleaned up the rest of the job site. It was very tidy.

In the process of selling our house, due diligence/inspections turned up two breaks in the sewer line. Woody's Plumbing gave us a very reasonable bid to replace the sewer and was able to perform the work in a short turnaround time so that we could meet our anticipated closing date and consented to be paid from the proceeds of the sale of the house. They were easy to work with, professional, and thorough. They got the job done in the promised two days for the bid cost, cleaned up after themselves, and were paid at closing.

Keith was very professional and did a good job. I got 5 bids and his was thousands cheaper than even the next lowest. He owns his own backhoe and dump truck and I think that helps him come in under others on his bid.

I am very confident in the work they performed. I am very pleased. It was a good price. They arrived on time and got the job done quickly.
