"Dakota showed up on time, was prepared to give an estimate, but he was able to start work right away. He fixed a cartridge on one of our sinks that I would not have been able to identify or replace myself. He also installed two bidets for us in our bathrooms. He was neat, professional, and friendly during his entire visit, and was considerate about bringing dust into the house on his shoes. His work was done quickly and efficiently. I am very happy with his work, and would recommend his company to anyone who asked. I will hire him again if we need any further plumbing issues to be resolved."

"Our basement flooded in the middle of the night, and Mr Rooter had someone at our house within two hours of calling. Eric was very polite and explained all of our options thoroughly, and then he spent the day single handily busting through cement to reach the broken pipe and get it fixed.
