He came back a second time to uninstall software that I purchased that did not provide adequate protections and installed free software that would do the job. He did the work through remote connection, but is available on site if necessary. For those people needing help on getting red of malware, viruses , etc. on your computer, Jim is local, better than all thse remote out of state location providers, is a mature, highly trained professional in this area. If you go to local computer stores you get very young people that can do a basic job, but are no where near the professional level of Jim. "Excellent work. We purchased natural cherry cabinets in shaker style, with the panels made of solid wood rather than veneer. That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. Simply put, the doors are beautiful--flawless in both construction and finish. They are similar in quality to custom cherry furniture we own."
"I love my new windows. I live in Cedar City at about 6000 ft in elevation. It can get gold here. Right after they were installed, we had a good storm with wind and rain. I never heard it. I used to hear the strong winds and feel the cold air and drafts with my old windows. Now I hear nothing, and I noticed immediately the day after they were installed, it felt warmer too.
