"Jamie came when scheduled, he had the tools and materials needed to get my gutters firmly bolted on to my house with the proper length bolts needed ( which had not happened with a previous company) . "Legacy Ridge Exteriors really did a great job for us replacing our windows, we got quotes from 5 different places and chose Legacy Ridge because it really seemed like they were the experts and they gave us a great deal, they were not the cheapest or the most expensive, but I would definitely say they were the best value for what we were getting in the quality of the windows and the expertise of the installation. The installers, Britt and Riley, did an amazing job and took good care of our home and did a great job cleaning up once they were all done, way better than other contractor experiences we've had before. "Paramount Pros ended up doing a good job on new gutters, painting wood soffit & fascia, and trim around sliding patio doors. However, they no-showed the first two times I had them scheduled without calling, and took more than a month to complete a fairly simple job, probably because they were waiting on a supplier. I would know for sure if they were better communicators. I had to call and ask questions. I also had to have them come back a couple of times to finish jobs correctly. In the pick two dilemma - price, speed, or quality - they're good for price and quality if you are patient and diligent about following up. If you need it done fast and right the first time, find someone else and be prepared to pay a higher price."
