This blockage wouldnt let me dry bulkier loads - even if the load was small and had only one bath towel. He called it the Taj Mahal of nests - seen nothing like it before. He was great and persistent until the vent was cleared, and friendly. He explained what he was doing, what he was seeing, as well as his progress as time passed.
