"I bought my grandmother's home that was built in the 60's with absolutely no living room lighting. Needless to say Cole came over to give me a bid and was absolutely reasonable with it. Adding 6 lights and switches to my living room and a dining room light (the previous light was off center). He removed our old hot water heater and dishwasher and installed the new ones very quickly and professionally, leaving behind zero mess. (a huge plus for anyone who has dealt with contractors!)
