Been doing carpentry off & on for 50 years. Helped build our childhood homes. Had a handyman business in the early 90s. Built my off-grid home by myself in 2000. Skilled at assembling IKEA furniture. Not licensed in plumbing or electrical work, but have the basic skills & tools. Currently own an expeditor company & want to have more local work. I do not drink, smoke or do drugs. Love the interaction with customers. It’s so satisfying to show up at someone’s house, fix the problems & leave the place better than I found it. I treat a project like it’s at my own home. My handyman business took me into many historic 19th century homes where I had to improvise & adapt modern materials to blend into existing finishes. Love a challenge, but if it’s above my skill set I’d rather walk away than to cause damage or upset a customer. Can use my large Mercedes Sprinter to deliver materials or move furniture/appliances for customers. Have table saws, numerous other tools & ladders.

My love of handyman trades started at an early age in woodshop in middle school and growing as I got older. Now in my upper 50’s and being a homeowner myself taking care of all my hunny do’s and making my wife’s life better, she suggests that I offer my talents to other homeowners that may not have the time or knowledge to do a few simple projects for themselves.
