My name is Luis I’m a 25-year-old entrepreneur that runs a hot-water pressure washing business as a sole proprietorship. I operate independently, managing all aspects of the business myself—services, equipment, client work, and finances. Since I’m a sole proprietorship, the business isn’t legally separate from the owner, meaning profits and liabilities are tied directly to myself. I offer high-temperature pressure washing services, which are often used for heavy-duty cleaning like grease, oil, concrete, fleets, or commercial jobs.

"Had them come out and mow my grass with the basis of being weekly. They would come out when there was nothing to do and barely edge around and try to charge me $40 for it. When I inquired about why my neighbors, who were also using this company, were getting mowed biweekly, if not less frequently than that, I was told that only a “select few” can do that, and basically asked to go with someone else if I didn’t like that. I cancelled my services due to this owner being extremely rude and unprofessional. I asked them to send me the bill for the services rendered to which I never received. Almost a year later I get a text saying to pay my bill or be sent to collections. They had been sending a bill to an inaccurate email address, instead of checking that they put my email in correctly, or simply asking, assumptions were made and I was threatened. Extremely unprofessional and rude owner once again. I will say the boys that mowed were very kind and accommodating."
