Silver Lion provides full roofing service from preventative maintenance to repairs to full installs. Residential and commercial property roofing installs include asphalt shingles, metal, single ply and coatings. We are a veteran owned and operated company with over 10 years in the industry.

"The job was completed in a day and looks good. The crew was diligent about cleanup as well. I have serious complaints for that portion. The problem is that in addition to the roof replacment a small 6x6 porch was to be added as well. The one they built is 2 feet to small. Jeremiah said his carpenter would take down the small overhand and add the appropriate sized covering. I spent the next two weeks trying to follow up with him and he kept putting me off. During that time we had a cold front move in and my furnace would not operatiate. After an HVAC service call it was discovered that the roof vents for the furnace and hot water heater were improperly installed. I reached out to Jeremiah a couple of times to get the vents corrected, discuss the HVAC bill, and replace the porch. He will not return my communications. I was told his work came with a three year warranty but that does not seem to be the case. Now I am left to wonder if what looked like quality work on the roof is just a disaster waiting to happen because of how the end of service has been handled."
