Very respectful owner and was very open and needs were understood. There is a lot more air blowing through our tree branches now and they look a little naked. Of course they would, but we love the fact that they are now looking healthy and will continue to even be more healthy in the future."

He didn't treat my questions as if I were stupid. They drove from Dallas TX to my home in deep east TX a drive of over 4 hours and that was all in one day.
