I'm very disappointed in the overall experience. I agreed of their quote to take down 4 trees and grind the stumps, so they showed up the next day to start the job. Part of their process in removing the trees was using a small Bobcat tractor to pick up the stumps and place them in a truck, but the issue in doing this is that the Bobcat leaked oil and left awful track marks all over a newly poured driveway of a million dollar plus home. When pointing this out to them, they said that they would pay for a company to come out and power wash the driveway. This was done at a cost of $750, and once I provided them with the receipt for the work, they have avoided me now for over 4 months in trying to get reimbursed. I would not use or refer them to anyone in the future.

This TEAM is exceptionally knowledgeable and professional in ALL areas of the work they performed. They took great care in protecting our home as they worked high above removing limbs. Additionally, they took great pride in how clean they were as they removed all limbs, leaves and any debris! WE HIGHLY recommend HERVA!!!!

Herva Tree Service efficiently trimmed and removed all limbs in our yard to including grinding the stump. They cleaned up so well afterwards that you would never have known they were there. Highly recommend Antonioâ  s crew.

Excellent work ethic by the crew. Team removed 8 trees total, three of which were 80 plus year old oaks which overhung portions of the house. All work was done safely with no damage to property. All branches and tree bodies were cut and disposed off and area cleaned. It was obvious the crew was well trained in exactly what to do.

THE CREW DID A GREAT JOB.

Very courteous and professional staff. Everything was completely cleaned up, and when anyone walked by, they stopped their equipment. Besides this, all were super friendly.

Their team removed a huge pine tree that was leaning over an oak tree next to it. It was over 100 feet tall and entwined in the oak. They removed everything on the patio that could have been damaged, worked very hard until almost 7 pm and left the yard and patio cleaner than when they came. We got great value for the money we spent and would definitely hire them again!!

I gave this company 5 stars because I truly believe they deserved it. Job was done on a timely manor , sales person Armando was very professional. I would definitely call them again if needed.
