The best part was not having to sit through a four hour sales presentation from a sales rep who didn't want to take no for an answer. Everything can be handled online or over the phone and you get detailed schematics so you know it will be correct, very easy. I also was really satisfied with the the installation company they work with called Vance, I'm a little picky when it comes to work on our home and these guys did an excellent job. Can't say enough positive things about my experience with Window City from the initial meeting to the install. I was in need of replacing all 11 of my old metal windows in my ranch style home. After getting 4 different bids I choose Window City - what a great choice!! Greg walked me through the product details, the estimate was really the final cost!! Everyone was very professional, knowledgeable of their craft and VERY respective of my personal property both inside my home and outside. Ron and Elijah did the install - they are very hard working, know what they're doing, work very well together, professional, respective of property, cleaned up after they were done and I don't know how they managed to finish the job in the pouring rain. They kept everything dry but themselves. "Dustin was courteous and did a good job on this project. The tree was big, so it was a challenge. He hired a company to come out to pick up the tree debris, and it took them a couple of days to actually pick up the debris, but it was finally taken away. And the work on the roof was great. I'd hire Dustin again. He does the work, and his sweet wife answers the business phone. They're a good team."
