The Broker also had an "Archieve Fee" of $250.00 once your house sold. I also learned this is unheard of in the industry, archieve what-file our folder in the filing cabinet? Please pay attention to any kind of "cancellation fee" for marketing or any other reason. Marketing your home is part of their job and should be included in the fee you pay them when your house sells- anywhere from 3-6% or more of the sales price of your home. We hired another agent who staged our house, had professional pictures taken and our house sold within 3 weeks-we had many, many showings.
