Still a work in progress.  We used all the service providers that our realtor recommended since we were new to the area.  They all failed to find even the most obvious of problems.  I usually would conduct a more thorough inspection on my own, but I was involved in a new job and really did not have the time to do it.  So I relied on the KW team to make recommendations.  Turns out, the home inspector was a complete disaster and KW had problems with this guy in the past, yet was still recommending him.  He failed to find:
1. Leaking roof
2. leaking toiler (2 of them)
3. incredibly loud knocking noises in the plumbing
3. damaged floors
4. rotting window trim
5. clogged drainage pipes
6. delaminating concrete siding
This is just a small sampling of the things we have repaired that were evident 24 hours after moving into the property.  The pool inspector (A-1 Pool) was not much better.  In the first 24 hours our pool cleaner died ($350 repair).  A few weeks later the filter system failed and the repair guy said the wrong filers in the housing  ($700 damage and $450 in new filters).  He never even looked at it since the filters that were in the vessel were a foot shorter than they should have been.
KW tried to get reputable repair people out to help us, but still not completed a year after we have moved in.  Turns out a lady in our office had the same problems with KW and now she is putting on a $15K roof on her house after multiple plumbing and electrical problems in addition to a faulty roof which they have been battling since the day they moved into the house.
Be glad to mention names if necessary.

Very sadden by what they have done to me!!!!Its realtors like them that give good ones bad name!!!
