The builder was less than generous when it came to landscaping and rainwater run-off. Cody Teuerle and crew are/were very responsive to my questions about my patio concept, plants, trees, and shrubs. They also constructed a beautiful 12X12 covered patio w/slab and a 12x12 artificial turf for my dogs! I had an idea for a raised flower bed for the front yard and I get many compliments on it! Robert came we walked the yard and he made sod recommendations for our backyard. He submitted his bid and we accepted his quote.
