With a business mission to get their customers the best vacuum for the best price, lone Star vacuum will not sell the "disposable/discount" vacuums just to make a quick dollar. They make every effort to provide their customers with the vacuum that has the correct motor for their square footage, the correct features for their needs and is in the price range they wish to pay. They service and warrant what they sell. loneStar vacuum is offering Vacuum Sales, vacuum repair, vacuum parts, vacuum bags, vacuum cleaners in north east tarrant county. "I went to the Hurst location. Staff was super friendly and had great customer service attitude. However, I came to get my belt replaced on my vacuum, which didn't turn out well. They recommended a tune-up where they go through everything, clean it and make sure it's in top operational order and would replace the belt at the same time. They said it would be just a few days to complete the tune-up. Unfortunately, it took a lot longer, it took four weeks. Then when I went to pick it up, I saw how disorganized and cluttered the technician's workbench was, I was surprised he could find anything. The poor organization was soon evident in his repair abilities also, as my vacuum was in worse shape than when I dropped it off, as the whole vacuum now-shuttered horribly as I rolled it out of the store. The technician was surprised at how bad it shuttered and attempted to fix the shutter but to no avail. I wouldn't recommend the Hurst store."

"Dallas did a GREAT job installing Central Vac into our new build home. On his 1st visit he installed all needed plumbing prior to the drywall installation. Once home was complete and ready to be moved into, Dallas made 2nd visit and installed the Central Vac unit in garage and completed installation. He then trained my wife and I on the Central Vac operation. It is apparent that Dallas loves his job and takes great pride in providing a product that meets or exceeds our expectations. We will never live in a home without a Central Vac!"
