Hi, I’m Jae, and I genuinely love cleaning! There’s an incredibly satisfying feeling in transforming a messy space into something fresh, organized, and sparkling. I find joy in both the process and the results. For me, cleaning isn’t just a chore; it’s a way to create calm, order, and a sense of accomplishment.

Hi! I offer dependable, detail-oriented home cleaning services with care and respect for your space. I can help with general cleaning, tidying, kitchens, bathrooms, floors, dusting, and light/detailed organizing. I’m hardworking, trustworthy, and understand how much a clean home can ease stress. I’d love to help make your space feel fresh, comfortable, and cared for. I'm a very fast worker, and will bring all my own supplies.\n\nI charge $50/hour via cash, CashApp, PayPal, and Venmo payments, and request coverage of Lead Fees and commute. I charge a minimum of $175 per cleaning up front, and any extra to be paid after we know how many hours I work.

"I desperately needed to convert my tub/shower to a walkin shower because of mobility limitations. Ybarra quickly sent Ryan who started working out a construction plan .Levi than became my project manager and fined tuned the plan to meet my needs and budget. Questions or concerns were quickly addressed by Levi with a call back or text. Once all needed materials were acquired Todd and Julio finished the new beautifully tiled shower, flooring and other upgrades in three days. Levi or Robert came each day to check the progress. Today I signed off on my very safe attractive bathroom. Working with Levi and other crew members was always very positive and respectful. Hope to use Ybarra again and will recommend them to friends and family."

Blind Cleaning questions, answered by experts

A microfiber cloth or blind duster is typically the best tool for normal dust accumulation, depending on the extent of the dirt. However, if the blinds are unusually dirty or require scrubbing, or if they’re made of a more delicate material such as wood, check with the blind manufacturer for cleaning recommendations. Cleaning professionals will have the tools and experience necessary to tackle your blinds, making them look new again.

Tipping house cleaners—including those who cleans blinds—for a one-off job is customary, usually about 15% to 20% of the total invoice. But if you have a house cleaner that cleans the blinds for you, including the tip for blind cleaning with the overall tip once or twice a year will work.

Professionals either use microfiber cloths and a gentle cleaning solution or a vacuum for basic blind cleaning. Deeper blind cleaning may use a dry cleaning or ultrasonic process typically performed on-site at their business with special equipment.

A lace curtain may block some of the biggest insects from entering while still allowing a breeze to get through. If your concern is privacy, then curtains and blinds will provide better privacy than window screens; for UV protection, you can choose specialty windows or UV-blocking film. And if you just want an inexpensive, temporary solution, there are adhesive or magnetic screen panels you can install for an hour, a day, or a season.

To maintain your blinds and shades, clean them regularly by dusting with a soft cloth or using a vacuum with a brush attachment. Spot-clean any stains or spills promptly with gentle cleaners. Be mindful of the material; for example, wood may require special cleaners, and you should avoid excessive moisture to prevent warping or discoloration. It is also important to inspect the operating mechanisms for wear, address any issues promptly, and avoid forcing them to prevent damage.
