"When we purchased our home in 2017, there was already a crack across the top 2 segments of the driveway where that area had sunk quite a bit. Besides the cosmetic issue, we felt this subsidence was also a tripping hazard. Ricardo showed up on time with advanced warning of his ETA. He was thorough and left me with a color-coded bid. Some of the driveway and sidewalk leading to the front door were going to be lifted, and some parts stabilized using the foam injection method. Even though I received bids from 2 other companies, I chose GROUNDWORKS for their 5-year warranty and mid-level pricing. All companies were 4.5 stars or higher on both Google and Angi. The technician arrived in the time frame as stated. He was also polite and professional. He did a good job cleaning out the dryer vent.
