"I have used this company for over ten years. I have never been disappointed in the work they have performed, whether it was yearly service or the installation of a new air conditioner they have always been professional, caring of the customer. Just as for today i had a yearly service done, while inspecting the heater Justin found a capacitor that was a just barley under the specs nothing to hurt the system instead of blowing it off he came to me and told me about it and changed the part so the fan motor would run at its peak efficiently."

I am a Medical Assistant/Xray tech. I have been houses for the last 4 years, part time as my schedule becomes less hectic. My schedule varies with working at an urgent care but hopefully we can work around that to get some cleaning done. I enjoy it. It help relieve stress in a relaxing way. For me anyway. I have most of my experience cleaning Air BnB’s. A couple of residential properties. Anything extra your needing can be discussed before hand. I do a majority of basic cleaning. Making beds, dusting, sweeping and moping. Only laundry I have done is just for the bed linens. But if you’re needing help with laundry we can discuss that before hand. Any questions please ask. While Freon is mostly odorless, a Freon leak will produce a faint chloroform-like smell. Some people find that Freon's odor has a subtle sweetness to it. Some telltale signs of a Freon leak beyond odor include ice crystals on your evaporator coil, bubbling sounds, and hissing noises.
