"Linda and her daughter (? I think) have been providing regular housecleaning for us since mid-2013.  They are flexible when we need to move service dates, and we've worked with them when their schedule needed us to shift.  They had been friendly and professional, and generally do a good job.  We originally had them out twice a month, and had dropped back to monthly.
However, we are discontinuing their service. The regular monthly cleaning had been $108 - but this last time, they informed us that the price was now $162.18 - an increase of 50%.  they also told us this *after* the work had been done.  We paid it - but I was very unhappy with such a steep price hike, so suddenly, with no prior warning.  It's now a bit hard for us to afford them, so we have to drop their service.  I also think it was very unprofessional to let us know the cost was going up by half again, after they'd already done the work - the professional thing would have been to notify us in advance - at the very least, in advance on the day of the scheduled work, but a day or so in advance would have been better.

"They did an amazing job!! My shower doors are so clean you can barely tell that thereâ s any glass.. my jaw dropped when I saw them. They even cleaned the vents and a ceiling fan in a room I told them to they could ignore (thank you Robert!). My kitchen is squeaky clean - cabinets, microwave (inside and out), cabinets, and the list goes on! But best of all.. they cleaned the inside of my oven! It looks practically new! They even did sweet touches, all my bathroom towels were tied in cute little bows and my TP roll had a rosebud on top. Very professional and easy company to have in your home. HIGHLY recommend!!"
