Recently relocated to Grayson County. We've been serving Texas and other states for 13 years in building ground up commercial buildings, additions, and renovations. "Oscar installed 4 ceiling fans (3 bedrooms and 1 in a vaulted ceiling in the living room).  He located a short in the wiring in a bedroom that had all the sockets and switches knocked out very quickly.  A switch in the vanity area was also 'mis-wired' and he corrected it.
He kindly offered suggestions for the light fixtures in the vanity area.  I need additional work (lighting) and will absolutely use Oscar again.
