"Overall a good service. Price was increased for $25 by company representative for additional two stair islands and corridor between the rooms. No representative chats me back on line while hiring, however responded fast while calling them. It was easy to schedule an appointment. The representative called 8:00 am morning to confirm the address and arrived 2 hours before scheduled time. The full job was done for about 30 min. Nothing special in cleaning and some spaces were asked to clean one more time. After cleaning, all vacuum trash was thrown and left on our street side, so we took care for it by ourself."

She also took over cleaning a fine Italian wool jacket I sent her, and even found buttons to replace ones on the sleeve that had fallen off She's professional, prompt, and gets the job done! I have no worries when I send my clothes to her in Calif from Wyoming (because we have no comparable specialty cleaners here)."

This was a $79 big deal purchase. They did not quite do as good a job cleaning as I would have liked. It was acceptable, but I think it could have been a little better. The employees were very nice. The job they did would not keep me from using them again, but next time I would be a little more specific with things that I wanted done.
