"Overall a good service. Price was increased for $25 by company representative for additional two stair islands and corridor between the rooms. No representative chats me back on line while hiring, however responded fast while calling them. It was easy to schedule an appointment. The representative called 8:00 am morning to confirm the address and arrived 2 hours before scheduled time. The full job was done for about 30 min. Nothing special in cleaning and some spaces were asked to clean one more time. After cleaning, all vacuum trash was thrown and left on our street side, so we took care for it by ourself."

I have to say I was concern when I didn't see a big truck with machinery and just his SUV. He came in an explained the process. I was glad it didn't include tons of water as I needed fast drying as well. He cleaned 5 rooms and only used less than 3 gallons of water. This was mind blowing to me! I wasn't sure it could be cleaned especially back to its like new condition. I sent it UPS from the bay area to Premier Leather care. It took them a few months because they had to work and work on it but they were able to remove all stains from the jacket without damaging the color or quality of the material.
