"Carpet was 8 x 10. Simply Rug Cleaning pick-up rug and took to their facility. Carpet was returned in 14 days. The carpet had been under a plant and was wet for several months. They did a very good job getting the mold out and sanitizing the carpet. The water stain is still slightly visible but much better. I was happy with their service and would use again."

"Overall a good service. Price was increased for $25 by company representative for additional two stair islands and corridor between the rooms. No representative chats me back on line while hiring, however responded fast while calling them. It was easy to schedule an appointment. The representative called 8:00 am morning to confirm the address and arrived 2 hours before scheduled time. The full job was done for about 30 min. Nothing special in cleaning and some spaces were asked to clean one more time. After cleaning, all vacuum trash was thrown and left on our street side, so we took care for it by ourself."

I have to say I was concern when I didn't see a big truck with machinery and just his SUV. He came in an explained the process. I was glad it didn't include tons of water as I needed fast drying as well. He cleaned 5 rooms and only used less than 3 gallons of water. This was mind blowing to me! I have no worries when I send my clothes to her in Calif from Wyoming (because we have no comparable specialty cleaners here)."
