Our project involves installing new roofing, and apparently several roofing contractors are still backed up after the winter storms in early 2023. But that doesn't explain or excuse the near-total lack of communication or the apparent lack of interest in moving our project forward. It has consistently been a struggle to get even the most basic details from NRG, and I've had to follow up every few weeks just to see if anyone is still working on our project. I can't speak to the quality of their work because no work has been done, or even scheduled, more than seven months after signing. I strongly recommend against working with NRG."
