Excellent Customer Service. They mowed my front and back yard and trimmed my bushes .

The entire experience was great starting with Rebecca and finished with Andrew coming over and fixing my simple problem. He noticed the door locking mechanism sticking, before him pointing it out it was just one of those things I dealt with, and with a little WD40 went a long way. It's the little things that make an experience something to remember and a reason to keep them on auto-dial. Thanks guys.

Give them both a raise, they saved the day for me as a Realtor in the Austin and surrounding areas and the home gets listed tomorrow, my client is happy and so am I.

Punctual and excellent service.

I was told there was an additional charge for 2 repair men than 1, which I understand. I however was left with the impression my job could be done with 1 guy. The 2nd guy that was there seemed to be in training and just an assistant. So I was slightly surprised to receive the invoice for the work of 2 guys when I was expecting 1. I paid for it, but would clarify if I was to schedule another service.

Andrew was a true professional, he was up front with what needed to be done and how he accomplish it. Upon completion he explained everything in detail. He was efficient and timely as well as being polite and neat.

Andrew came out and trimmed my Live Oaks of extensive freeze damage and did a wonderful job (considering what he had to work with).

Switched my service over to Advance Home Solutions a few weeks ago and now happiest ever since. The crew come as scheduled and does more than I expected. I highly recommend them for yard service.. mowing, trimmer and clean up. Found out they do junk removal too, so going to do some cleaning and have them haul it away. I highly recommend Advance Home Solutions!
