We had our entire interior painted on a 2500 sq foot home including walls and ceilings. They also painted all of our cabinets in the kitchen, bathrooms, and mini bar. They installed hardware on our cabinets and replaced my sink faucet. in addition they stained our front door, shutters and posts. The home looks better than I could have imagined. They moved all of the furniture with care, and put it all back once the work was completed. They even went above and beyond to complete my office on a weekend so I could have the space to work in monday-friday. "This was a repainting of our slab that I already sent a review about. Mentioned to Juan that we selected a color that was not even close to matching any of our stones on our house. So he said he would repaint, but come out and chip of a small piece of a stone, and color match that at the Sherwin Williams store. With a sample in hand, my husband painted a small area, and Juan came back out and paint it again! Looks great!"

They just did not do a very good job of cleaning my house. They need to do a better job. They did dry dusting and left a thin film of dust everywhere because they did not damp dust. All I wanted them to do is deep clean the house until I got there. They would not touch the appliances, they left dust on the shelves and they left cobwebs in the corners of the windows. They just did a terrible job.

"I have used Sunshine in the past which is the reason I used them for this job. Eddie and his crew are very professional and friendly.They were always on time and completed the job on time. Never left a mess and always used care not to damage any walls, floors or furniture. I gave Eddie the challenge of installing a "custom" floor in the bathroom. He did an excellent  job installing the mosaic tile which took a lot of time and patience. Sunshine is now my "go to" contractor whenever I nee any repairs or remodeling. "Lucio and his crew are amazing. I hired him for roofing, siding, window installation, rock footing/underpinning, new concrete driveway and sidewalks, among other home remodeling. His crews were some of the hardest workers. Always professional, excellent workmanship, and worked with urgency to help me complete my house project timely. "The work was finished 4 weeks after the original dates set.  They put in the tub and tile surround and said they fixed the leak.  They did not check all of the pipes before putting in tub, so when the tub was filled and drained for the first time it leaked everywhere into the downstairs bathroom. This made a huge mess and then the entire ceiling had to be replaced.  Which they charged us extra for. When they took out the ceiling they found the leak.  Which we had talked about originally and they said they had fixed when new tub went in.  We saved the toilet and the cabinet to the sink since it was hardwood and in good condition.  I figured this would save us some money.  We had a great deal of "extra" cost that was not included in the budget to begin with.  It ended up costing us closer to 6000.00 dollars instead of the original 3500.00. 
  I was very disappointed with the overall cost and with the time frame.  We were told it would take about a week.  With the leak and additional repairs it was finally done about a month later.  MY time is extremely valuable and part of the time issue was I couldn't be there at certain times.  They really need to be more precise with their time management and budget setting.  The work that was done was not up to par and it is now about 6 months later and the grout around the tub has cracked and I have to have someone else come in and redo some of the tile work as well and finish all of the edges because they were left just cut off which we have found to be dangerous.  I would never recommend this company to anyone."
