"EDIT: This man appears to be a racist that prowls on unsuspecting people. I now have text messages where I'm basically being asked to remove my review for a refund and being told since we can't afford things (even though he was never told that), that we should use a window unit. No sir, what you should do is stop taking advantage of people and read up on child labor laws because I'm certain we didn't hire your grandson to work in 105 degree weather, because let's be honest he was doing all the work! I paid for services (still not too sure what I was billed for, especially when he admitted he made no repairs afterwards), and my issues were still not resolved. Then had the audacity to try and add on other things but didn't fix what they were asked to. I specifically told this man that the AC was not blowing cool air but it was blowing. Well, by the time he was done charging me and making the issue much worse and not fixing anything. I had to find someone else to start the entire process all over again because he didn't know what he was doing. If you're looking to be taken advantage of then by all means, this is the company to call."

"On June 12, 2023, Pretty Cool AC Heating and Refrigeration came out to my house to install a fan motor on my condenser. Joseph Hunter put on the invoice a long list of things that he didn't do that ended up costing me $595.64. He came out to my house on June 27, 2024, and tried to charge me $800. for the same problem. I showed him the invoice from the previous year and told him he was charging me $800. for a job that I had already paid him for last year. This was a CUN!! After calling another HVAC pro, I found out that my system was clogged, and it switch in my attic was shutting my condenser off. Please be warned about this company. I also reported this incident to ANGI. BUYERS BE AWARE!!!!!!! ANGI if you value your reputation, you will stop using this AC company."
