Jason was very communicative about arrival time and was very prompt. Greeted me with a smile and enthusiasm. Very courteous and respectful and professional. Communicated throughout the process of what was going on and his remedy to fix it. Gave me some suggestions and showed me what and why he was doing what he did. Most people just do their thing, Fix it, and move on. He was very informative and educational in my ignorance of HVAC procedures. He was very reasonably priced and beat the lowest quote by a mile. I would strongly and highly recommend Advance Comfort Technology for anyone's HVAC needs. I will definitely use Advanced Comfort Technologies again.

The repairman came out diagnosed the issue . It was late in the afternoon but he tried calling different parts suppliers but they were closed. The next morning he was at our house with the new compressor and had the unit up and running. This will be our repair company for future A/C needs. He was professional, knowledgeable, respectful and very honest.
