Then they couldn't get the thermostat to work but came back the next day and got it working. The next week the thermostat read 3 degrees higher than the set temp, next day it was a 4 degree difference, next day the screen went blank. They came out within an hour and fixed it but didn't seem to know what was wrong. Seems like the problem is with the American Standard product though. Cuccos was quick to fix the problems and very polite and clean.
