"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"Despite some initial complications on the side of Home Advisor and two of their employees, Super Paint and Remodeling was able to contact me and set up my appointment. They were very accommodating and were able to reschedule due to the hailstorm the day before. Their representative was extremely courteous and professional. I knew they were a good company when they arrived at my house 5-10 minutes early. Being punctual is something that is practically forgotten in today s world so they started off well. They finished the job in less time than expected, my rescue dogs and I are extremely thankful!!!"
