We do not use many employees for work, instead we keep it minimal, so the job is done right the first time every time. For every successful referral, you will receive a $50 gift card.
"Terrible, Builder which they are also terrible that hired them. We have been e-mailing them everyday and we also left two messages no respond from them what so ever. They said they were going to put two or three other drainage they never did. Our backyard is a mud pie it is worse than what it was. We can't do anything in our backyard the dogs do not even want to go outside. We want to put some patio furniture and can't due to all the mud and standing water everyplace. Grass does not grow the grass that they put died due to all the standing water. Not only dd they do a bad job they dug too deep and cut the cable to the internet. Even know that they knew where to cut it was marked with flags where not to dig. We had to wait a few days without internet and without internet cable. It's just water puddles that we can't even go outside I have fallen a few times and have a severe back problems and nerve problems on my left. My husband can't even mow the grass. This can lead to foundation problems. Where he said he was going to make it higher at the end of the patio on the right side. Now is even worse."

"It took weeks to discover the problem, water and sewage had backed up into our home, one plumber was hired and with a camera discovered the gaping hole in the pipe, located in our neighbor's backyard behind another neighbor's fence. This plumber gave a quote for repair. I contacted Max from Flipp Mgmt. to give a second opinion and quote. Kelly, my go-to, went above and beyond to help us discover what had happened, whose yard it was in, and scheduled Max in between rain storms. They had to dig a huge trench in my neighbor's yard to find the hole, make the repair, and then return our neighbor's yard back to its original state. I could not have asked for a better outcome. I'd hire these folks hands-down again, and I hope you'll hire them too! Plus the cost was $1700 less than the original quote."
