It took weeks to discover the problem, water and sewage had backed up into our home, one plumber was hired and with a camera discovered the gaping hole in the pipe, located in our neighbor's backyard behind another neighbor's fence. This plumber gave a quote for repair. I contacted Max from Flipp Mgmt. to give a second opinion and quote. Kelly, my go-to, went above and beyond to help us discover what had happened, whose yard it was in, and scheduled Max in between rain storms. They had to dig a huge trench in my neighbor's yard to find the hole, make the repair, and then return our neighbor's yard back to its original state. I could not have asked for a better outcome. I'd hire these folks hands-down again, and I hope you'll hire them too! Plus the cost was $1700 less than the original quote.

FTM came out and gave me a fair quote. Each step of the way, Max (Co-owner) asked questions to make sure that we were on the same page and also offered suggestions and several choices of designs to make sure that I was happy before moving forward on the project. My bathroom is beautiful and he made sure that my budget was always taken into consideration before any work was done. His patience is commendable, especially since I tend to make last minute changes as I saw the project unfold. I highly recommend FTM for the attention to details and the amenable work relationship. Kelly (Co-owner) was also great with her responsiveness to the many questions that I had regarding my project. I would definitely work with FTM again and will recommend to others.

It went excellent. They did phenomenal work and understanding of how important my time is. They were so quick and efficient! I couldn’t have asked for a smoother remodel!

The team was late every day and a no show one day. Drop cloths were not used. There is paint splatters on furniture carpeting and new hardwood floors. Their tools were stored on my floors nightly with no protection for my floors.

Max purchased supplies and paint to repair and match the exterior perfectly. Quality work with excellent attention to detail. I highly recommend and will hire again.

This was the most professional, efficient group I have ever worked with. They showed up on time, communicated well, and their work is outstanding. They finished the work in a timely manner. We are extremely pleased and will use them again.

They did a good job on it, kept in contact with me about what time they would be there and really worked with my schedule. Also, once they fixed the door, said if we had any additional problems (which we do not anticipate), let them know and they would be back out and they would happy to assist. I would hire them again.

Easy to set up and professional work done all around.

I found Flip Team Management on Nextdoor a local neighborhood app and asked them to come to my home and give me a quote. That was at the beginning of Feburary. It took almost two weeks to get a quote and a start date. Finally the project started and Max came in with a guy named Aaron and said the tilling job would take two days. First day was great. Aaron worked in the second bath and Max removed the old flooring out of master. Next day Aaron showed up by himself and worked some more on second bathroom walls. Third day he came again still on the same bathroom, finished around mid day. Went to start on master bath. Took Aaron half a day to do a small walkin closet. The fourth day(Thursday) I am waiting on someone to show up. 10:00am I text kelly to see when Aaron was going to arrive. She said his car had broke down and was getting it fixed would be at my house around 1. 1:00pm arrived and no one was at my home to work. Finally I get a text stating he got the wrong part and was not going to make it. I waited around all day with my three kids for someone to show up. So Friday Aaron shows up around 10:00 to work and is working on the master bathroom floor and around 7:00pm Aaron calls my husband into the bathroom and asks if we had stepped on the tile because he lost his grout line. By the time he ended up at the door there was no grout line between the tiles. No one had walked in that bathroom mainly because it was a disaster area. I had a toilet in my bathtub for three days and no flooring in the bathroom. So no, no one walked on the tile. My husband told him to leave it, it was late to go home and fix it tomorrow. So Aaron was back on sat and finished about midday. By that time we were done with flip team taking up anymore of our time. Max shows up at 3 on a Saturday ready to tape and float, install the base boards, and put the plumbing back. I have three kids under three and could not have someone there that late to finish all that. So my husband and I agreed together that we would terminate the rest of the work. So we informed Max that we were finished with this project. Max stated that he would get back with us for the balance. A few days pass and I have yet to hear from Flip Team so I reached out to kelly by text message and asked when we could meet up. Dates could not be met and Kelly finally sent in a text message the balance. She stated they would give us $400 off the remaining balence of 2100 so we owed 840. Hmm on the quote it states the tile job was $1200 and plumbing was $250 and the tape and float was $691 oh and base boards. So how do I owe for the rest is the only thing competed was the tile? Well I resent the invoice to kelly and she said she was giving me $200 off the 1200 tile quote and minus that and the deposit I had paid my balance is $177. Wow I told her I would ask my husband. Two days later I get a demand letter letting me know if I don't pay a balance of $376 a Lein would be placed on my homestead with us not signing a contract. We have cracked tile, the grout lines are crooked and gone in some spots. Buyers beware about this one. It was a disaster from the work to paying the bill. Never got a straight answer out of this company and then they are trying to file a fraudulent lien on my homestead.

Went great from first call to quote to work. Couldnt have asked for better job.
