The electrician came as scheduled, was responsive to emails and communications and fixed our problems. The electrician had quite an experience when one of the faulty outside receptacles caught fire as he was working.

Proelectric found the problem was related to a GFCI in another room. Weird wiring, they had to trace the wiring for that part of the house all through the attic.

Richard and Lance showed up right on time. Was given a 10 to 1230 window and they were there at 10 am. Fast, professional work. Figured out the issue immediately and fixed it just as fast. Good prices. This is the 3rd time I have used them and will for all my electrical needs.

Everything was great from the initial request for service to the installing of the video doorbell. The technician was very polite and helpful. He was very patient with my cat who was trying to "help". The technician even helped move our mailbox so that the video would record properly. Prolectric is my go to company for anything electric.
