"Randy is a great guy. He is knowledgeable, skilled at what he does and above all, he is honest and will give you a fair price that is very reasonable. I was in a bit of a panic since water brings several secondary issues with it, and had another highly rated company come out (LeakTrackers) who gave me an estimate that was 10 times higher than what I ended up paying Rain Leak Solutions. Randy will not try to take advantage of your situation and will get the job done. I had a problem with two windows which Randy fixed on his first visit. But one of the windows had a secondary issue (unrelated to what Randy) fixed and Randy stood by his warranty and came out to address it at no additional cost. My only constructive criticism would be that it was a bit difficult to get a hold of someone and schedule an appointment. Randy and his team are extremely busy. I hope they can scale so its a bit easier to schedule."

We are a small company the consists of only three employees. We normally do all the work required on a jobsite unless a third party is required for other services we don't offer. We except most methods of billing procedures. Materials must me purchased by customer needed for the job. Customer will only be charged for labor or special materials mentioned in the job contract!
