First, let me state this review is a little over a month after the work was completed. I typically like to make sure everything is good for some time before writing a review. My sprinkler system had a major leak that I couldn't find way back before covid started. I ended up just shutting the water off to the entire system and because it was the end of summer, we just never got it repaired, and ended up hand watering for the next couple summers. Anyhow we decided this summer (because it was so hot) to go ahead and get it fixed. We did some looking around and ended up going with Tito's Sprinkler Solutions. We had a lot of work done, including replacing a couple zone valves, fixing a few leaks, replacing and repositioning several heads both because some where bad, or because we had changed enough landscape that different type heads were better suited for the new landscape. Tito initially came out with his co-worker later in the day to give us an initial estimate and ended up replacing two valves that day, and diagnosing/troubleshooting the remainder of the system so he could give a fair quote for what was left. the remainder of the work was done over 1 full and 1 partial day and was pretty extensive. The finished product works great, and my wife is extremely happy to have the greenest yard on the block again with a lot less work put in, and I'm happy with the quality work done. I'd definitely hire Tito again for any future sprinkler needs, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to friends or family if the need arised in the future.

Tito was very polite and easy to work with. But he was not due until 2:30 and woke me up with knocks to my door around 9 a.m. I did not appreciate that. There are still large brown areas in the front and back yards that are still not receiving water. My fence is also being watered. I plan on calling him and fix what should have been addressed during that first visit. I will gladly change this review when these issues are resolved.

Tito came out on as scheduled and started to troubleshoot the system. Found that that back half of yard 6 systems were not receiving power to valves. Located the break then moved on to see why water pump was not working and repaired the pump and some additional leaks on the PVC piping then adjusted all the heads. Had other companies come out and they just said pump is bad and need to order new pump $1,900 which was not the problem. Would highly recommend Tito -Sprinkler Repairs to work on any sprinkler system. Professional, explained everything he was doing.

Tito showed up promptly on time. He worked for over 2.5 hours completing the repairs and replacements noted. He stayed within my budget which I mentioned to him at the start.

Called for a Sprinkler Tune up in March. Recommended a valve change and rain sensor chance for $350. Also, said he will make sure that the system works through the season. Two zones stopped working in Oct (Same season) and was charged a service fee again to troubleshoot, in spite of the warranty. After trouble shooting Tito mentioned it will cost $400 to repair the problems, that he said he did not see in March... Not sure if I would use again. He was hesitant to stand behind his work and I do feel that he is always out there to find a way to charge $400 - $500, and not really help the customer.

Chavez did an excellent job. I had a long standing problem of getting water to an area of my flowerbed, which he solved quite promptly with an innovative solution. He is approachable, prompt, easily reachable, and has a great demeanor and attitude. I'll highly recommend him for any sprinkler related work anytime.

Tito did an excellent job. He diagnosed the issues; gave an accurate estimate at a reasonable price; procured the supplies to put in a new contorller; did the work; and gave a warranty. He communicated via text on the 2nd day to let me know when he was on site and when the work was done. Professional job all the way around. I will definitely contact him in the future with any sprinkler issues.

Arrangements were made for Tito to show up Tuesday after we connected on Monday. I texted him after he missed the scheduled time. He told me his transmission went out. Put it off until Saturday (his choice). I again contacted him after he missed the scheduled time. He finally showed up on Monday. He replaced the controller with a commercial model. As Tito was programming the controller, I noticed an alarm button on the rain sensor. After asking, the rain sensor may have been the problem all along. He told me he could replace the rain sensor for 1/3 more money. Overall, the work was good, but felt abused and would not recommend.

Tito provided a great service in repairing the control panel that was damaged by a lighting strike. Quick at responding, honest with pricing, and prompt with scheduling. During the work, he tested out all the equipment, provided great suggestions, and was willing to fix a problem that was out of scope of the work (broken pipe caused by Comcast burying cable). Pricing was reasonable and service was great. Will definitely use Tito's service again! A+
