"We installed a Patio Enclosures sunroom on our home 16 years ago to extend the seasons we could enjoy our patio and to keep mosquitoes and inclement weather at bay. The enclosure has performed well through 16 years, complimenting our home’s aesthetic appeal, and increasing its resale value. Now that we’re building a new home we definitely included a three season enclosure in our plan. It was a pleasure working with Andrew Mulichak in the West Seneca, NY office who helped us design an enclosure to compliment our new home’s appearance and add to its functionality, making it feel like an extension of our home. "I called 3 foundation repair companies for an opinion/estimate.  ET Foundation Repair had the soonest time available to come out for a free estimate.  Tim Thomas came out and looked around, took measurements, etc.  He was very honest and let me know that no work was needed at this time.  He took time to show and explain everything to me.  He was very professional and knowledgeable.
