I had to firmly ask her to leave multiple times before she finally left — it was incredibly stressful and completely unprofessional. This experience has ensured that we will never purchase from this company, and we will warn others to avoid them as well. Thankfully we only signed up to have 4 new windows installed as opposed to the whole house. The install crew was cursing up a storm during the install and it turns out after they left we found a crack going all the way down the wall where they installed the window from excessive hammering. I made champion aware of this and the rep on the phone insisted it would be taken care of, come to find out they’re refusing to do anything about it. Misinformation from champion around every corner and at every point during this process. Go with a different and more reputable company. We sure will for our next batch of new windows."
