"Recommended for cleaning of carpets...NOT stretching or re-securing to tack rails. Cleaning was great and he was very professional. Was able to remove all pet stains and pet odors. His abilities to stretch and re-secure a section of carpet was not the highest quality leaving many frayed ends which we had to tuck down at the baseboards by hand after he left."
