Gregory Rohde started in 1973 in Garland TX as a wholesale nursery. A few years later, he moved nearby to 1651 Wall Street and started Rohde's Nursery, which evolved into Dallas' first totally organic plant nursery, specializing in native Texas plants. He has always done lawn maintenance work also, but that evolved to included landscape design, installation, & hardscape projects. Recently we are downsizing to work only on the Landscaping business. I am very skilled and love what I do. What's more to say. I have 6 employees and I don't sub-contract you deal with me and me only.The Billing procedures are 1/2 the total amount to start up, 1/4 when half way complete, and 1/4 when when job completed.

"I hired Garydean Mirabal on 1/3/18,we signed a contract for 20,000$ to demolish 1 room and bath, level house, pour concrete frame new bedroom barn and carport, and roof entire house. I gave him 10,000$ up front. Dumpster was delivered and sat in driveway for 2weeks before he showed up. He worked 1 day a week for the demolition,filled dumpster(too small) with half of the trash and left the other half in my yard for 2 weeks until he finally got a guy with a trailer to haul it off. He worked off and on for the next 2.5 months leveling the house(sub standard,house still not level) usually 1 day a week, never a full 8 hour day. He texted me mon 4-23 to inform he wil not complete the job or refund any of the 10,000$. He has only completed 15% of the job and only has approx 50 man hours on the job and approximately 200$ in materials plus dumpster rent. I am in the process of taking legal action."
