"When the work was initially completed, I wasn't thrilled. I figured a high 3 star at best. The gutters were fine but there were noticeable gaps with the guards, the installation was done differently than I expected, and a small part of it wasn't even what I had ordered. I figured it wouldn't get much better, but I wanted to give them a chance. In my view how a company reacts to feedback from their customer is a real statement about how the company operates. They couldn't ask for someone better than Jacob to be their "follow up" guy. He reached out to me after I let billing know I had some concerns. He was polite, listened to all of my concerns, and didn't even give a hint of argument. He asked what my schedule was and set up an appointment to swing by within 48 hrs. He arrived on time, checked out the situation, quickly made the changes to the install that I thought needed to be looked at and was happy to do it. Not once did he try to give me an excuse, nor did he even hint at it being my problem. He did EXACTLY what someone his position is supposed to do to make sure I was a happy customer. ...and today (weeks later) we finally got a good heavy rain that let me really see the final results. It's the first time in years I've been able to go on my back patio during a heavy rain without being ankle deep in water. The gutters and guards worked perfectly. Thanks to Berger Services for showing that customer satisfaction really is the #1 priority."

"Very pleased. Tall, newer home in the Heights area...gutters overflowing during rains. They pulled out several pieces of roofing shingles from the areas and showed me by the shape that they were probably just discards from the installation and not from any flaw in the roof itself. Blew off and removed some debris, checked the condition of the roofing shingles and gave me an idea of how often I should have the gutters cleaned based on location and lack of tall trees. Fair price, timely and no pressure to upsell. Very, Very satisfied... and will recommend them to neighbors."

He inspected the area very thoroughly and spent a lot of time discussing various options for gutter cleaning. On his recommendation we elected to replace an existing gutter guard system with wire mesh, as it is easier to clean and less prone to pluggage from pine needles. David and his crew arrived promptly the next day to begin work. They were extremely professional and kept me informed of the progress. They finished the same day. Even though the job turned out to have some additional scope and take longer than anticipated, Polo stuck to the original estimate and did not charge extra. They also left the area clean and neat. Excellent work and I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others."
