"I feel the repair charges were inflated and was not provided a full accounting in writing. I did agree to do the repairs at first, however after the guy left, i did some research on the costs and I contacted the repairman to questioned the cost for the parts. He said he would proved a breakdown of the charges but that was never provided. I was never shown the bad part nor was the final repairs shown to me so I have no proof that a part was actually replaced. I had to request a reply to my inquiries multiple times which added to the frustration that I didn?t think more about how the costs were presented. I do take partial blame for my dissatisfaction but do believe I was overcharged for the service provided."

I reached out to appliance parts pro and they were confident that what I ordered would fix my problem. $200 in parts later and I now have a broken freezer on my porch and am still paying the loan to this terrible company. They just want you to order parts and try them because they know you can't return them. I hate this company with every fiber of my being and will make sure that anyone that has a broken appliance will not use them. To top it off, their site is so screwed up that it give you an error trying to log back in. I ended up having to create THREE different accounts because every time I went to place a new order, it would not let me login and it would not send a password reset email. DON'T GET RIPPED OFF."
