Once, when the motherboard of one of our tankless water heaters died, their technician spent an hour on the phone with the manufacturer figuring out what was wrong in the way both units were set up. They saved the second motherboard before it failed by setting both up properly! Now I use Excalibur to service our two houses that we rent out. They recently installed a garbage disposal in one."

"Rude and agressive behavior for absolutely no reason towards female customer ! Work was partially done to be finished but the owner after being asked to explain the work that will follow aggressively pooled out the previously fixed item claiming it was his and not yet paid for! I was standing there ready to settle which was not an issue to begin with! Be aware of this very unprofessional service!"

"Our landscape architecture and construction studio, Twistleaf, contacted Texan Water in spring 2023 to assess the condition of an existing well at a clients property in Fredericksburg, in preparation for a large-scale landscape renovation project. Their technician was the consummate professional. Extremely responsive and knowledgeable, he took the time to answer all of our questions in person, then always followed-up with reporting and work orders as promised. After the initial assessment and with the passage of time, it was clear that additional work needed to be done on the well, which Texan Water executed in a timely and reliable manner, in concert with other trades working on site. We were impressed with the professionalism of their entire staff, as well as how quickly they were able to fit us into their schedule each time we needed them.
