Best subcontractors near San Leon, TX

"Johnny and his teams did a great job with collaborating with owners from the quote, to design phase and all the way through construction, ensuring safety and quality along the way, even during a pandemic. The project included building a vaulted ceiling/roof and tile work on top of an existing concrete slab. The main features of the patio include a gas fireplace, stone accent wall and sitting bench, ceiling fan, water connection for outdoor appliances, and additional power outlets. Johnny remained a high level of customer service through the 2.5 month period from initial contact through completed project. On rare occasion, homeowners needed to bring some matters up with Johnny regarding subcontractors. In each case he resolved the issues within 24 hours. (The 4-month delay in writing this review was to ensure no quality issues arose; none have, which speaks to the high quality of craftsmanship.)"

"Matt is a joy to work with, very attentive, knowledgeable and hands on. He is always in communication with you to make sure you are informed and happy every step along the way"

"Wonderful experience working with Star Creek Construction! Prompt, cleaned up every afternoon prior to leaving. Everyone knew the tasks they were to perform so all worked well together. Would hire them again without any reservations. Jeremy has a skilled team that provides excellent quality!"

"Extremely professional and explained things in detail without me asking. Detail-oriented and did not perform a rush job. We also had previous floor work corrected that was done in our bedroom. Extremely knowledgeable about products and will help you make the best decision for your budget. Top-quality work, complete honesty, and yes, will hire again and will recommend to others. Great Contractors are hard to find!"

"Miguel was very prompt and completed the work as promised. He put together two pieces of furniture I purchased for my business. I will use him again."

"Phenomenal work! Held to estimates, timetables and budgets. Very amiable to work without disrupting the rest of the home as well. Highly recommend Bastien Construction."

"Dave is excellent with communications and attention to detail. He has fair pricing, high quality standards and efficient execution of the project. It was a fantastic experience. His crews are top notch craftsmen, respectful of my property and always on time. I did not/do not have any issues with the entire experience. Dave listened to what I wanted and made everything happen. There was a steady schedule of work and the project completed in a great time. I got my dream kitchen and my money's worth."

"Miguel appraised and explained the repair work needed, time required and cost and presented his estimate. It was acceptable. He and his assistant then commenced work the next day and Miguel completed the job the following day efficiently and satisfactorily. I would not hesitate to recommend Hemma (and Miguel) to anyone requiring siding and gutter work."

"They use quality products and provide quality service. They pay great attention to detail, as well. I will be using them again for another project very soon."
